A Story of Support, Pride, and Connection Told Through Jewelry

Some of my favorite pieces aren’t just about the jewelry itself, but the stories they carry.

One of the very first gifts I made was for my cousin, Lindsay - a bracelet with my son Jack’s handwriting that simply said “love.” It was her Christmas present, and she cherished it. She loved it so much that soon after, she ordered a necklace with the outline of her dogs’ ears.

Lindsay has been one of my biggest cheerleaders from the very beginning - reminding me why I started, encouraging me to keep going when things feel tough, and offering genuinely helpful business and marketing advice along the way. Having her in my corner has meant more than words can say.

Early on, she told me something that stuck: “When I meet someone special, I know I’ll want something with their handwriting.”

Fast forward to this summer, when Lindsay came to visit us in Boston during Pride weekend. The weather wasn’t exactly on our side (cold, rainy, and not at all what we hoped for), but we still had the best time catching up, laughing, and swapping stories. During that visit, she mentioned she had a first date lined up once she got back home.

A few months later, that first date had blossomed into something very special. Lindsay called me, full of excitement. She was ready to ask this incredible woman, Andi, to be her girlfriend - and she wanted a bracelet to mark the moment. We engraved each of their names on opposite sides of the bracelet, in Lindsay’s handwriting.

When Andi said yes, she turned around and ordered a bracelet for Lindsay - this time with both of their names in her handwriting.

Now, Lindsay and Andi each wear a bracelet with the other’s handwriting, carrying one another not only in their hearts but also on their wrists.

For me, this journey has always been about more than jewelry. It’s about connection, celebration, and the beautiful ways people choose to honor love in all its forms.

If you’d like to create a bracelet that tells your own story, you can design a piece as personal and unique as the love it carries here.

With love and gratitude,

Courtney
