Shipping policy
At The Carrick Bend, we take great care in crafting and delivering your orders with attention to detail. Since all of our products are custom-made, please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
- All orders are handcrafted and require up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.
- If, for any reason, additional time is needed, we will notify you within 24 hours of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times (after the 5-business-day processing time):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as "Delivered" but recommend reaching out to the carrier or checking with neighbors.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
