Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom and Personalized Products: Because custom and personalized items are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.
  • Non-Custom Products: If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
