Hi! I’m Courtney, founder of The Carrick Bend and the hands (and heart) behind everything you see here.

If we haven’t met yet, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. The Carrick Bend is rooted in connection and takes its name from a nautical knot that symbolizes strength and unity. When I came across the knot, something about it just clicked—it felt like the perfect reflection of the values at the heart of what I’m building: resilience, relationships, and the beauty of things tied together with intention. Everything I create is meant to celebrate life’s milestones, big and small, and honor the people, places, and stories that matter most.

Even the logo holds meaning. It was inspired by the form of the Carrick Bend knot—but if you look closely, you’ll also see hearts and an infinity loop. To me, it’s a quiet reminder that love and connection are both strong and enduring.

Now, I’m excited to introduce Tied & Time. This journal is a place to share more of the inspiration, intention, and everyday moments behind the brand. From behind-the-scenes peeks to personal reflections, customer stories, and life updates, this space is about slowing down and tying in to what really matters.
